BECK SERVICES GROUP
At Beck Services Group, LLC, we specialize in professional surveys and assessments and in delivering realistic, no buzz-words coaching to individual and corporate clients. We rely heavily on our consultant's real world experience working in business leadership roles in manufacturing and service organizations, but we also utilize state-of-the-art assessment tools and current coaching techniques.
With corporate clients, we focus on organizational change initiatives, process development and the elimination of wasteful practices and procedures. We coach managers on techniques to improve their own performance and the performance of their employees. We help them take control of their projects, establish plans to meet deadlines and negotiate for support within the organization.
Bill Roberts
Bill Roberts is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he majored in Psychology. He has over thirty years experience in Human Resources and Training and has worked in various industries including health care (hospital and clinical), services and manufacturing.
Bill has published articles in national and regional magazines and maintained a quarterly management skills improvement article in a national trade magazine. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Anderson (SC) Vocational Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, he was the Chairman of the Public Policy Committee of the Chandler (AZ) Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Shoals Manufacturing Association (AL) and the Arizona Association of Manufacturers. He is a founding member of the Upstate Chapter of the International Coach Association and maintains membership in the International Coach Federation and Coachville.
Bill is currently Primary Coach and Consultant with Beck Services Group, LLC. He lives in South Carolina with his wife Madeline.
